My name is Graham Whitfield.

I never started out as a tradie. I wasn't handy, and I'd never picked up a tool on a job site.

I worked FIFO as an ESO, flying in and out every second week and missing huge parts of my boys growing up. I didn't have much in savings, just the feeling that I wanted more time, more freedom, and more control over my life.

In 2021, I decided to make a change. I got educated, followed the right strategy, and flipped my first property. I didn't swing a hammer. I outsourced the renovation work, stuck to the numbers, and made it work.

That first deal changed everything.

Since then, I've completed over 30 deals, made more than $2 million profit after all costs, and built a property portfolio worth over $10 million... with more projects in the pipeline. And I didn't rely on banks to scale. By using creative strategies like joint ventures and money partners, I grew far faster than I ever thought possible.

Today, I teach people from all backgrounds the same process—simple, strategic, repeatable steps that anyone can follow, no matter your job, income or experience.
